CHILDREN:

We regret that due to the inconvenience to other guests & as a safety precaution, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 10 years. Children 10 to 12 years in the accompany of 2 adults pay 50% of the per person tariff

DEPOSITS

A payment of 25% of the accommodation charge is required upon receipt of confirmation voucher. Receipt of deposit stipulated will confirm booking. The company reserves the right to sell accommodation held, but not confirmed, to a cash purchaser. All credit cards require a letter of authorisation with signature to debit the same. The balance is to be paid 28days prior to arrival unless otherwise arranged.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Should accommodation be resold, cancellation fees will be refunded less a 5% handling fee. Deposits and Cancellations are calculated on the value of the full stay.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:

Guests may arrive any time from noon and rooms are to be vacated by 11h00.
